Tracked package arrived empty
A tracked package was delivered unsealed with an empty box inside and no certificate of authenticity. Only a cleaning/care sheet was in the package. Tracking shows that the package was delivered. Ebay as well as the seller's only response is that the package was delivered and that no refund will be given. I have appealed the decision. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get a refund? Is there any contact number to reach a live customer assistance individual?

Mentor1 year agoYou would have to go through your payment source now. You opened an "Item not Received" case which the seller had proof of delivery. You needed to have opened an "Item not as described" case since the seller did not list an empty box. You can only open one case for an item through eBay.

OP1 year agoThank you very much. I went through the payment source and payment is put on hold/disputed with the designation "Item not as described". The payment source was no stranger to this issue.
