Hello eBay Support,
I need help with three orders that have already been delivered, but their tracking status is still showing as “Shipped” instead of “Delivered.”
Order numbers:
• 25-15104-25915
• 25-15055-91168
• 05-15058-59945
All three orders have already been delivered to the buyers. However, the delivery status has not been updated on eBay.
Could you please check these orders and help update the status to “Delivered”? I want to make sure there are no issues with my seller account or these orders.

I see you are located in Bangladesh. When you ship internationally you need to use a carrier that eBay recognizes and can track for you. If you do not have tracking and delivery confirmation through eBay your funds can be held up to 31 days or at least that is how it works in the US for Transaction holds.

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.

The volunteer mentors here on this board do not have access to member's accounts/orders/sales.
