tracing a seller
Hi I purchase an item and it arrived broken. It was an item i did a bid for. I cannot find the item i purchase in my history. I only have two accounts and the item is not listed in any of these accounts. The charge came off my credit card and the transaction has a seller ID starting with 0* then 11 digits with dashes. Can this be used to race the seller?

If the item does not appear in any of your accounts' purchase histories, perhaps you made the purchase as a guest?
If you did purchase as a guest, you need to sign out of your Ebay account, find the Order Confirmation email send from Ebay and click on Order Details.
