Tracfone card issue with seller
I purchased a Tracfone 1 year card and paid $92.66 for it. The seller had Tracfone add the time, minutes, text, and data that I paid for. All was fine for 2 weeks and then my Tracfone went inactive. I called them and apparently the Ebay seller paid Tracfone with a bank or debt card and then did not pay the bank bill so Tracfone did not get paid and that caused them to shut down my phone. My only recourse according to Tracfone is to purchase Tracfone cards that equal to at least $178.25 that they are owed and then they will reactivate my phone.
I do not recommend buying Tracfone cards from a 3rd party as this has created a huge hassle for me.
