Mentor3 years agoTry signing out of eBay completely and then signing back in.
I do not know about TopStar specifically, but in some cases changing your username can cause certain features to stop working right until the changes have propagated throughout eBay, and signing out and back in may speed that up.

OP3 years agoTried that with no avail. Spoke with a general customer service agent that thought it would take up to 48 hours to register and said he saw my TopStar status associated with my account, but it has not came through as of now(a week later).
