Why would ebay change how to make an offer? Now I can't make multiple offers on the same item. Go back to we still have to agree before payment. Thays SUCKS!

Sellers were complaining that many users were making offers and when the seller accepted the offer, the users did not pay, tying up the seller's item and preventing other buyers from making a purchase.
Now eBay gives the seller the choice to require a payment method in advance when a user makes an offer on the seller's item. If the seller accepts, the payment method is immediately charged.
Now I can't make multiple offers on the same item.
If you mean multiple offers to different sellers for the same items, you should not do that unless you actually want multiple items if the sellers accept.
