Top Seller Status revoked
My top seller status was revoked because I didn't have tracking numbers on 7 of my sales. These were sales where they buyer paid separately for each item and I was being nice and combined the shipping and refunded the amount of the second amount paid. Since I am only able to input the tracking number once - I could not add to the second sale and Ebay now thinks I am not entering tracking numbers. Is there anyway to explain this to Ebay? I have tried the HELP but the automated assistant is NO HELP. Any assistance you can give would be appreciated. I have always had TOP SELLER status and this ticks me off.
Thanks,

OP1 year agoThank you for the information - I will use in the future. Any idea how to get Ebay to understand what I did so I can get my status back?

-You could have ADDED tracking to the other items ... not sure if you knew that or not.
-You can also Combine shipping at your end and when you print the label through eBay tracking is automatically uploaded to ALL items that were Combined. Here is how you do that:
COMBINE SHIPPING:
You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
