Top-Seller Status Grace Period
I’ve been a Top-Rated Seller since 1998. I got an email in mid-December that stated, “Your next evaluation is on February 20, 2026. If we evaluated you today, you would be Above Standard.†I have viewed my detailed breakdowns of all my seller performance metrics in the Seller Dashboard and the Service Metrics Dashboard.
For tracking uploaded on time and validated, I have 98.08%. For the return rate, I have 1.20%. In early January, I updated my rules to offer one-day handling (instead of two) and added a free 30-day return policy. In mid-January, I received another email stating that I had until February 20 to comply.
What else can I possibly do? Thank you kindly.

Did you check the count of US items sold? You need 100 items/$1,000 minimum in the last 12 months - international sales do not count.
