Top Seller Ranking in Jeopardy
I was notified by Ebay that my seller ranking is in jeopardy because the tracking for two items were not uploaded. I combined these two items with a lot that the buyer purchased and then refunded the buyer for shipping. Therefore labels or tracking weren't created. How can I convey this to Ebay?
Thank you!

When you manually combine shipping, you need to enter the tracking # on the items, or use bulk shipping to create the label - bulk shipping will apply the tracking # to all of the items. It is too late to add the tracking to the additional items now.
The top rated requirement is 95% upload, so you must have other items with no tracking - 2 is not enough to change your status. eBay also gives you a 1 month grace period when the loss of TRS is due to tracing or volume. When were the items without tracking sold? Have you checked your dashboard to see when you will be 95% or better?
