Top Seller Plus Rating
I have been trying to get the Top Rated Plus Badge for a couple months. I meet all of the criteria that is listed, but I can't seem to get past Top Rated. Am I missing something?
My defect rate is 0.25%
My closed without resolution is 0.25%
I have 1 day shipping and Free Returns
It even says at the bottom that I have over 9,xxx listings that are qualified.
