Top Seller Plus discount
I recently achieved top seller status. All of my inventory is individual Pokemon cards. I wanted to get the 10% top seller plus discount, so I changed my business practice to free 30 day returns and 1 day handling time so I could meet the criteria and applied this to all of my active listings. All of my listings now are labeled with top seller plus at the bottom, but I am not getting the discount on any of my sales. Can somebody tell me why?
