top seller badge
Hello I'm new to Ebay and have a question, I believe I meet the requirements to be a top seller, but on my dashboard it say if we were to rank you now, that I am still just above average.
Can someone please tell me what I need to have to be a top seller and earn a top seller badge?

Mentor2 weeks agoThe minimum to be top rated requires selling for at least 90 days, at least 100 items shipped in the past 12 months, 30 day returns, 1 day handling.
Then to keep top rated status, your seller metrics come into play: defect rate .50% or less, late shipment rate 3.00% or less, cases closed without resolution .30% or less, tracking uploaded on time and validated 95% or more, $1000 in sales or more, return rate determined by category.
