I proposed this question last week All of my items are now flagged for same day and or 1 day turn around with free returns When does e bay update with the Top Rated plus flag, and when do they apply the discounts for the fees

I still see no returns on all of your items. As soon as you change them to free returns, you will see the TRS+ seal in search.
