Top Rated Seller Badges; I'm a top rated seller and have been for years, however recently the badge next to my listings no longer appears. Can anyone help as Ebay's help is absolutely helpless!!!!! No longer can talk to anyone in person.

You are Top Rated and that shows on your feedback page, but you are not Top Rated Plus for the reasons mentioned. It's the Top Rated Plus badge that appears on listings.

Mentor1 year agoIn order for the badge to appear on your listings you must offer 30 day returns with free return shipping. You make your buyer pay the return shipping charges so no badge will appear.
