Top rated seller
I was told I would be top rated seller as of today and I am not, my numbers are better and qualify, now it says if we evaluated you today you would be top rated, the only bad number I had was a 40% in defect and I was told it had to be under 50% which I am now. And I was 42% in February. I can't seem to navigate the website to talk to a human, it keeps giving me more chat options when I click contact us.
