Hi, I am wondering why I'm not a Top Rated Plus seller? I offer a 30 refund policy and I ship out the item that day or 1 day at the latest. I keep getting rated a Top Seller instead of Top Seller Plus.

You need to offer 30 day free returns plus 1 day handling in most categories to see the TRS+ badge in search.

No - you have 30 days buyer pays. You need 30 day free returns for TRS+.
