Top Rated seal missing on new listings
Sometime in the past few weeks something happened to my account, and I no longer am getting the top-rated seal on my new listings. I'm following all the criteria, free 30-day return shipping and 1 business day handling, I'm using all the same policies as previous listings but for some reason, I'm not getting the seal. Nothing has changed with my seller level, I'm still top rated in all categories, the only thing I can think of is my return rate which is at 3.8%. Any help is appreciated.

I just took a quick glance at your active listings and I can see the Top Rated Plus blue flag on them. I then opened one of those listings and it says you are Top Rated Plus.
All Sellers just had their monthly performance review on May 20, so you should be good. You can go to your Seller Hub or Seller Dashboard and see what your projected Seller level is for next month. But right now, you are good to go. 🙂

OP4 months agoHuh that's interesting, on my end it's not showing the seal for my new listings, could be eBay having some bugs. Thanks for looking into that for me!

I just went back and sorted your active listings by Newly Listed. I can see where the newest ones don't have the blue flag on them, but if you open one of those listings, it does say Top Rated Plus. I haven't seen any other posts about the blue flag missing, so maybe it's just a lag. I would just keep checking.

OP4 months agoYeah, that's exactly what I was seeing. Not a huge deal but still kind of a bummer to not have the seal, especially in a competitive market. Cheers!
