So I got a message from Ebay to consider doing 2 of 3 optional things to become a Top Rated Plus Seller. I selected to offer 30 day returns and 1 day handling fee, but opted not to offer to pay return shipping. I checked my account, and nothing changed as far as my Top Rated Plus Seller status. How long will it take to go into effect?
