Top Rated Plus benefits
When I look at my Seller Dashboard, it says I am Top Rated. I have 1 day handle time on my items and also have a free 30 day return on all of my items. At the bottom of the page, it says "1 of your active listings qualify for benefits."
Why are Top Rated Plus benefits not applied to all of my active listings?

You say you have a 30-day return policy, but is it 30-day FREE returns (meaning, you pay)?
I believe that is a requirement.

OP1 year agoI did set it so that I'd pay, good thinking though, I appreciate the brainstorming. I mentioned in the other reply that it looks like a few listings were not modified because they have active offers still. Otherwise it looks like the Seller Dashboard simply did not update or show accurate information. I looked at a few individual listings and they show the badge. Thank you for your reply.

You have to set the 1 day Handling and 30 day Free returns on ALL of your listings. They don't all have that like this one: Frank Sinatra – That's Life, Reprise Records – FS-1020, VG+
It shows Seller does not accept returns.
You can change numerous listings at one time in the bulk editor. On your Active list use the check boxes on the left side of a bunch of listings. Then at the top of the list use the Edit drop down and click Edit selected.
All check items will open in the bulk editor, check all the boxes again and then use the drop-down bulk edit menu at the top and locate the Handling time setting and then the Return options. Cycle through those and any other changes you want to make and when finished use the blue Submit button int he lower right-hand corer of the page.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. After looking a bit further, it looks like listings with active offers sent did not modify, such as the listed you pointed out.
I looked at a few other listings and they actually show the Top Rated Plus badge under the "Shop with confidence" area as well as the updated returns policy.
As to why the Seller Dashboard only says 1 active listing qualifies for benefits, I cannot say. I can only hope that I am indeed getting those benefits on future sales as I'm not sure what to look for to confirm if that's the case or not.
If you have any insight there that would be great. Otherwise you were very helpful answering my original question, thank you
