Top Rated but still Above Standard
I qualified for Top Rated on Jan 20th, and since I read the fine print, I knew I wasn't going to see it on my account until February 1st. However, we are now well into February, and nothing seems to have changed, it still shows my current level as above standard. I have a friend in the same situation. What are we missing?

Actually, that way it works is that accounts are reviewed on the 20th of each month and if Seller level changes then that happens on the 20th of the following month, not the 1st of the following month. Seller Dashboard | eBay

Requirements to become Top Rated
To become a Top Rated seller on eBay.com, you need to be an active seller who's performing well above our minimum standards, as well as having an established sales history and complying with other eBay policies.
We'll automatically upgrade you to Top Rated status on the 1st of the following month if you meet all of the criteria below at your seller performance evaluation.

Yes, I read that too, does your Seller Dashboard via the link I provided show you are currently TRS? Historically it has worked as I described. You could also bounce in and out of TRS based on the last 12 consecutive months they rate the requirements on. For example, lets say last February 2025 you sold 50 items and then 50 more spread out across the next 11 months to present ... well, when last February drops off you lose 50 sales for the TRS calculation and instead of 100 or just over that you would be back around 50 or just over that. , same could happen for the dollar amount for Domestic sales.
When you are TRS you will have a notation on your Feedback history (screen shot below), which currently is not showing so the Help page may or may not be accurate for the notation display on your profile.

Have you opened each section on your dashboard to see where you are not meeting the top rated requirement?
Did you sell at least 100 items in the US in the past 12 months? International sales do not count.

OP6 months agoOK, so this is actually where the issue is... Even though it said I would be Top Rated on Jan 20th, there were still metrics preventing me from being rated Top Seller. I guess I will make it this month... Thanks.
