I just made top rated status a couple months ago. I have a 60 day return policy and 1 day handling time. In the seller performance section it says only 1 of my items are eligible for the benefits. All my listings are under my previously stated policies. Do I need to wait for a longer time period or do I need to do something else? Thanks

To get Top Rate Plus benefits, you need to offer free returns on the listings you want the benefits for.
