    Took out shipping label twice
                     

    I was charged for the same shipping label twice — once from my available balance of $11.87 and again from my next 3 transaction payouts. Its showing no available balance from my first sale, however, also deducted money from the total of my next three sales for shipping. Meaning I was charged twice. Please help with this

    If you suspect you were charged for multiple labels for one transaction:

     

    https://www.ebay.com/lbr/labels-history/seller-hub

     

    Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label.

     

    The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
