Too many unreceived orders
Last year I had 20% of my orders that had to be refunded because they never arrived. (5 out of 25). It's making me lose confidence in buying from ebay sellers because after waiting a long time I am still not sure I'm going to get the item. It's a hassle. I tried to contact ebay but it is impossible to get through the chatbot to a human... ugh
