Too late to change ship method?
I just sold item but noticed the label was MEDIA MAIL. It’s not media mail so I changed it but the label is still printing media mail

-Are you using the app or a PC?
-When you print your label through eBay the label flow lets you change to different shipping methods by checking the box by the one you want to use, the page will then recalculate the cost. If you are doing all of that and it still prints the original Media Mail label with all the original settings then it may be a glitch.
-You can Cancel the label on this page using the drop-down menu on the left and selecting cancel, you will be credited the label cost in 21 days or less. Track and manage your shipments
-On that same page you can try to purchase a new label via the drop-down menu selecting Print another label.
