Tom Brady Iconic Ink
I had purchased in the past an investment lot of 2019 Iconic Ink Tom Brady Facsimile Autograph Edition cards. I have resold quite a few of them with no problems until about a year or so ago when eBay removed the listing citing "Copyright" issues. When I asked about it, it seems like the problem comes down to that is a "facsimile autograph". But the card is not trying to pass off a forged signature, the actual card is called a "Facsimile Autograph Edition".
I recently saw a couple of completed sales of this very card in the last week or so, and assumed the Ban on selling the cards was lifted and tried to list one of my cards and then got the warning about copyrights again. When I called eBay, the representative on the phone said the article he was reading from just mentioned that its because the autograph is a copy. implying again, that eBay thinks the card is trying to pass off a forgery as authentic signature. It just doesn't make any sense.
