Told the seller I needed to get it as soon as possible
so instead of putting a rush on my order says 2 to 4 days shipping he stopped it and he’s making me wait. How’s that right that he didn’t even ship it till the fourth day and I was supposed to get it the fourth day now here I’m waiting two weeks. I can’t drive my car because I need those parts in the seller thinks it’s funny

I'm sorry you found such a disagreeable seller.
He is only obligated to meet the delivery date shown on your purchase - I would never rely on faster delivery for a critical purchase.
If the item arrives after the latest estimated delivery date, you can return it at the seller's expense, since that makes it not as described. I know this is not what you want, I mention it just in case you find the part with faster delivery and think this purchase will not meet the estimate.
