I will never purchase on eBay because contacting customer service is impossible or just difficult, I will buy on Amazon from now on.
Contact Customer service sucks.

·3 years agoCS can't do anything so there's no need to contact them.
If you don't receive the item by the estimated delivery date, the next day, open an Item Not Received case.
Not all sellers will provide a tracking number or even let you know if an item has been shipped.

Customer service can’t help you.
Go to the listing and click the Money Back Guarantee banner.
Read up on the process. Once the last estimated date of delivery passes and the item has not arrived, you can open a case for item not received.
Just because it doesn’t show as accepted, or moving along in the delivery line, doesn’t mean it has not been shipped or that it won’t arrive on time.
Packages may not be scanned until they are actually delivered.
