Today I received ceiling fan replacement blades. 3 of the 5 blades were damaged.
My fan blades had been opened and someone attempted to tape up the package. I’ve attempted to contact seller and cannot send until 7 days!
im upset to receive junk!

eBay has no way to know the accuracy of a listing OR the condition of the item. It states that clearly.
eBay fully protects buyers who receive a damaged or otherwise ‘not as described’ item, however.
You better remove the blades from the trash if you apply for a refund, because you will be required to return them to the seller IF the seller provides a prepaid shipping label to do so.

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP3 years agoI’m frustrated than a seller would sell something as this.
The package of the blades was taped up! Some of the blades had been marked up with a stain marker.
I have pictures of the blades that I received showing the condition of what I received and available to you if you request.
My main question goes to eBay allowing people sell items such as this leaves me to beware of eBay.
I think potential buyers must beware of sellers promoting claims which are false.
I put the blades in our trash! Because they would be sold again!

Unless you open a return, eBay won't know about it and you won't receive a refund.
