To whom do I report a seller who used abusive language?
Who do you contact here when a seller who sent the wrong item (listed as new in box but actually a different item in the pictured box) and sent a refund but who called me a "real POS" when I sent a negative review?

Mentor3 weeks agoMistakes do happen and it appears the seller did take care of the problem, so he may have felt your neg was a little harsh. Of course that is you choice and he can reply to the feedback to explain his side, but still a neg can seriously affect a seller's standing.

Mentor3 weeks agoWhere did you see this comment? I do not find it as part of your feedback that you left as a reply comment. Unless this comment was made in an eBay message or as a reply to the feedback you left eBay will do nothing.

REPORT SELLER
Here are some steps to take
1) Advise the seller through eBay messages to stop contacting you.
2) If they have called, block the number on your phone
3) Report each alarming eBay message using the 3 dots in the upper right of the messaging
4) If possible, report the seller using https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022
Suspicious seller activity
Seller sent threatening or abusive messages
If this option doesn't work, then
5) Report the seller using eBay's social media customer service to get assistance

Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.
Again your reporting reason is
They send threatening messages or use abusive or vulgar language
And any other concerning language.
