To promote or not to promote?
It seems like every time I sell something on eBay, I notice that a fee or cost has been increased. I realize that I'm exaggerating the situation, but as a very small entity on this platform, every single cent counts. I really can't afford to promote everything I sell, but it seems like I don't sell ANYTHING that isn't promoted. Any ideas or thoughts from other sellers would be greatly appreciated.
