@rejects210 Always investigate shipping prices prior to listing an item for sale. Actual package size and weight are VERY important. You can check the shipping costs on this page> https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates
Your only options are to ship and lose a LOT of money. Or cancel as out of stock/ damaged from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
When you cancel the order it will start the refund process.
Refunds come from your back up payment method for selling costs. I use a credit card. Then once the buyers refund finishes processing you get the original payment back.
Items that are too large to ship should only be listed as local pick up only.
Your Mercedes hood is way oversized to ship USPS Priority. Did you enter the weight and dimensions into the listing when you created the listing? If so, I believe you would have seen that Priority is not going to work. I believe you need to use either Fed Ex or UPS. The item must be shipped in a cardboard box and it is not going to be cheap.
If you are going to file a cancellation, and relist the item, I suggest Local Pickup. Include LOCAL PICKUP in your title, along with your CITY/STATE.
