I first sent a request to seller on Mar 2 about why not shipped. No response. Original purchase on Feb 20 showed delivery Feb25-Mar3. Then on Mar 13 I filed a request to cancel which the seller denied. The problem is that EBAY doesn't haven't proper choices concerning sellers who fail to ship and fail to respond. The seller tomw135 just ignores messages. I am at a loss. Seems there is no way to get anyone at EBAY to listen and EBAY is backing sellers, even crooked ones.

It's best to add a follow-up reply to your original thread to keep any back and forth together.
This is what to do if you don't receive your item:
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

eBay does not back crooked sellers. That's why they post a link to their Money Back Guarantee on every item listing. They provide a Help link at the top of every page. They post an option in the More actions dropdown next to your order transaction in your Purchase History to get help with an item not received.

OP5 months agoAs I said, EBAY needs to add better choices such as Seller NEVER shipped and Seller DOES NOT respond. Didn't receive an item is too ambiguous. Can't recall for certain but I've been on EBAY probably close to 25-30 yrs. First time for trouble but friends have spoken about things. I filed the request to cancel which was denied by the seller. Then I filed a did not receive which using AI should take but a few seconds to scour the items I purchased and note the the original order said delivery Feb25-Mar3 and that absolutely nothing has ever been entered about shipping even though I paid $41.25 for shipping.
