OP7 months agoWhen ebay charges my credit card, A number similar to the following, prints on my charge card statement. O*08-14150-19270. Can you tell me what this is ? thank you

I suspect the numbers on the card statement will match the transaction numerical designation (ie: order number) in some fashion. If it is recent you can check your Recent activity file on the page on the right, use the See all link in the upper right if you have to go back further: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

The monthly store subscription is a single monthly charge to your account. It is charged around the first of the month.

If I have funds available prior to the weekly disbursement to my bank, and I print out an ebay shipping label, is that label $ deducted from my funds ? thank you

On the label flow when you go to print there is a choice to use PayPal or Your Available funds, it is near the bottom of the page ... now, if you select Available funds BUT you don't have enough then eBay reverts to your bank account OR your Back up payment method. You can add a credit card (like I have) in the Selling costs section of this page: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
I am on Weekly payouts too, it is every Tuesday and that day cannot be changed. ANY sales you make Monday that money will NOT get included on the Tuesday payout. BUT if you purchase a label that day and ship the item they take the label cost out of your Available funds that would otherwise be paid Tuesday. For myself, I will often wait until Tuesday to ship Monday sales (I offer 1 day Handling) so that they do not take the label cost out of my Weekly payout.
