to good to be true?
I am interested in buying an Item from hong kong. They have "0" feedback score. I will use my credit card to pay for this purchase. I believe the item to be priced to low and believe it to "be to good to be true". If the seller does not ship it.... 1: will i be able to get full refund and 2: How long will a refund take?

The eBay Money Back Guarantee does apply. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request.
Or 30 days from the date of delivery to file a return request for an item that is not as described. Returns to other countries can be tricky as the seller cannot provide a return label and has to send the money to pay shipping to your PayPal account before you return it. Shipping must be Priority International to have tracking proof of delivery. You have to manually add the tracking number into the case to have proof of delivery.
