To get my account unsuspended so i can sell my two items
Hello, i really need to get back on ebay to sell my power wheelchair. Had a mis-understanding with a buyer who wanted to buy my wheelchair, and all we did was to text back and forth and also we set up a pick-up date. He lives one state away, and did not come to my home to pick up chair. I have been quite upset over this and have a case ID# that was assigned to the buyers complaint. I did appeal and ebay closed the case and basically said there was no case because buyer never picked up my chair. Ebay even said i was going to get a refund of $177.42 but i did not know what the refund was for, since i did not put any money down for anything. The buyer accused me of running some sort of scam which is nuts! He was very anxious to do the pick up. I have never sold anything on ebay and was having difficulty getting my bank info onto ebay and started to get worried because ebay said it would take 2-4 days for me to get two microdeposits for me to verify, which i did do after receiving them. So was worried that i would not get the microdeposits in time for buyer to pick up my chair in just two days, so i suggested to him to bring a cashier's check. I was becoming frantic because did not think i was going to get paid in time for the pick up. Looking back, i regret not asking buyer if we could change the pick up date, this would have solved everything. I need someone to help me with this situation! I have tried to communicate with an ebay agent but got no help. And been trying to find a number to call to speak with someone at ebay in person but can't find a number to do this. Should i give my case ID# for someone to look at my case? Thank you!!

·3 years agoThere is no one here that can look at your case, we are buyers and sellers just like you.
If the buyer paid, you should have let them pick up the item, then worry about getting your checking account set up.
Since you were a new seller, they could have held the funds for 30 days anyway.
Sell it local for cash.
