OP3 years agoI'm not getting assistant in the chat, it send me too the page were tell me to choose a topic and there is not topic to choose too my problem I have poste my cell number and email.
I pick the topic nearest to my problem , and what ebay did the open a return label
well I'm asking to talk to some on there is no link how many times I have too live send a link for me to reply, I prefer to talk to some one. "PLEASE "

Mentor3 years agoeBay is not here; no one here will call you as a result of posting your phone number except scammers looking to steal from you.
Use the chat assistant to request a call back from an eBay agent.

Mentor3 years agoYou should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America. Try typing "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to find the link to reach a person.
If prompted to choose, pick the nearest topic to your particular issue so you can get connected to the correct department.
Or you could try asking general questions here. Experienced buyers and sellers can often answer questions or point users in the right direction.
