Title: A Complete Mockery of the Consumer – eBay and Seller Blaming Each Other While My Return Is St
I’ve spent over a week trying to return an item on eBay, and the experience has been absolutely unacceptable.
Product: Cole Haan Men's Berkshire Lug Chukka Boot – Style C38743 Price: $84.99 Item ID: 187527737362 Order Number: 03-14090-12802 Seller: rightfootshoes
Despite receiving the purchase confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email, the item does NOT appear anywhere in my eBay account. That means I cannot access the return process, the return label, or any of the tools eBay says I “must†use.
Meanwhile:
âš ï¸ The seller tells me they cannot send the return address because eBay doesn’t allow it. âš ï¸ eBay keeps telling me to “follow the return steps,†even though the item doesn’t exist in my account. âš ï¸ I’ve sent screenshots, proof of purchase, proof of shipment, and even the seller’s approval for the return. âš ï¸ A support ticket was supposedly created, but nobody has taken responsibility for sending the return label.
At this point, it feels like I’m being pushed back and forth with zero accountability from either side. The return deadline is approaching, and instead of helping, the system is blocking me from using the eBay Money Back Guarantee that I’m entitled to.
I’m sharing this publicly because consumers deserve transparency and real support—not endless delays, automated responses, and a system that makes a simple return impossible.
I just want the return label so I can send the product back and get my refund. Nothing more.

If the item doesn't appear in your account, it's most likely because you checked out as a guest. Guest purchases are not associated with your account.
Log out of your account and go to this link for help with a guest purchase:
