Is there a way to talk to a human being at eBay? I ordered four tires the seller only shipped two I got two single tires shrink wrapped with a label on each one the seller claims that they shipped four tires and two were banded together with each shipping label, they are blaming FedEx for losing them and will not replace my tires. I filed an item hasn't arrived with eBay because the seller has a tracking number that says delivered. eBay closed my request now I'm screwed out of two tires. Is there a way to resolve this?

Mentor3 years agoIf the tires were banded 2 together, did you receive 2 tracking numbers? If so, then you need to file an Item Not Received case for the missing tracking number.

Mentor3 years agoYou opened the wrong type of claim. You needed to open an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing item claim. See if you can still do it now, or you will have to open the dispute with the payment processor.
