Tired of eBay siding with buyers
I have been a seller for 15 years. I had 100% feedback until a first time buyer gave me a negative and eBay supported him. I let him say I was trying to snow him and cheat him. I refunded his money and shipping and then I told him to keep the product. This was the exact product that was pictured. It was new and he said I didn’t send a part. Why did they refuse my request to remove? They said it didn’t meet their criteria. I guess I did everything and eBay doesn’t care what a buyer says or does. Us sellers are just idiots that pay eBay and they get fat and don’t protect us. I can’t reach anyone on a phone anymore. When I could it was overseas 99% of the time and they read off a script. You can’t understand them and yet we pay for this service! I get surveys all the time from eBay saying we care. They don’t. I can’t believe I can’t get ahold of them. It’s probably good as I would not be a nice person right now to talk to.
