times posted
when I look and see when an item has been delivered it shows the time but when I see when the buyer filed a claim the claim time shown is before the item has been delivered. How is this possible. example...claim filed at 11 AM but the item is delivered the same day at 2PM

OP1 year agoso I assume that the times shown by Ebay could be in different time zones...wish they would only use 1 to make it easier since it looked like the buyer requested a return 2 hours before the item was delivered as I am having major problems with the buyer

The time it was delivered is based on the buyer's location.
The time they filed the request ("claim") on the Ebay website is shown in "Ebay time" which is PST.

One is EST and other is PST .

Perhaps due to time zone differences.
The time reported for when they filed the claim is probably PST (Ebay time) whereby the time of delivery was based on buyer's location.
What kind of claim did the buyer file?
