All bids are recorded in a machine code based on the number of seconds since a particular date and time. Different pages (and websites) display the times differently including which timezone the display is in. If you are looking at a Bid History Page on ebay.com it will display in Pacific Time (Standard in Winter, Daylight in Summer). On ebay.co.uk it is in London time (GMT in Winter, BST in Summer), on ebay.ca in Eastern Time (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal), etc.
The endtime is also displayed differently on different pages. Some attempt to divine your local timezone (based on your device settings, which can really mess things up if your device settings are wrong) but do not display which timezone it applied, others (including your Watch List) display in the same timezone as the Bid History Page.
