Time stamp on sales made.
Looking for a time stamp from when a buyer made a purchase. Because of my next day shipping policy. The discrepancy of what constitutes a reasonable cut off time. But I have no idea where or if I can find out what time this was on their purchase.

Go to the listing page for the sold item, look at the top, it indicates the date and time sold.
For instance, this is the listing for the shirt you sold, with a banner at the top that shows the date & time sold:
