Time frame for returns
Buyer has had item 19 days. Contacts me today to complain. Can they wait that long to claim it was damaged? In this case, they claim there is a hole in the shirt they purchased.

Mentor3 years agoAbsolutely. The buyer has 30 days to open a return on eBay. (Or 180 days on PayPal, and whatever their credit card max days are.)
