time away / putting listings on hold
I'm having tech issues with my printer and/or laptop. I want to put my active listings on hold until I have it worked out. The time away feature seems like it will work but from what I'm reading it appears I can't receive message during that time. I made my first two sales and just got them shipped, I don't want to risk them reaching out to me if there's a problem and getting an automated reply that I'm not available to contact. Not sure what to do, I don't want any more sales to come through while I'm having issues, but I DO WANT to receive messages. Can buyers still message me while I have my listings on hold with time away? Thank you!

Buyers can still message you while on time away. You can create a customized auto response explaining that you are not able to ship for a few days but are available to answer questions. Then you can send a personal response. That's what I do.
Or you can select no auto response, then only send your personal response.
