Time Away Not Working?
I have put my store on time away. It was supposed to start an hour and a half ago. Our listings still do not indicate that we are on time away and the shipping dates have not updated. Usually when we put our store on time away, the listings indicate it within just a few minutes and the time actually starts on the time we picked. This time it is like it is not even realizing we are supposed to be on time away. Anybody else having this issue?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt does not appear that you set up the time away correctly. Although the away message shows when looking at your store the items are still available for purchase. Since most buyers may not notice the away message you really should remove your listings during the time away so buyers will not be disappointed.

OP3 weeks agoYes, I set it up right. I am away but we still allow sales while we are away. Ebay is supposed to update the shipping dates so that items do not have to be shipped until we return. The problem is that the individual pages are not showing that we are on vacation, which it has always done before and the shipping times are not updating. It was supposed to have started over 3 hours ago. We just got an order in and it still says we have to ship it by tomorrow.

Are you certain you actually paused sales during time away? There is an option to continue selling as well.
Your listings are currently visible (and purchasable) , and I see the following in your profile:
"The seller is away until Tue, Oct 06, 2026. Expect a delay in delivery until they return."
