Tie bid???
I just bid on a cooper Flagg 2/5 RC. I bid $11,400. The winning bid was $11,400. But was awarded to someone else.
why did that person get awarded the bid at the same price and I did not?

In the case of a tie bid, the earlier bidder is considered the winner.
