I sold a couple of tickets that I transferred to the buyer. EBay still is telling to ship the item(s). How do I resolve this?

I sold a couple of tickets that I transferred to the buyer. EBay still is telling to ship the item(s). How do I resolve this?

What do you mean you "transferred" them to the Buyer???
eBay is expecting to see a tracking number for a shipment, this protects you if the Buyer files an item not received claim ... if they file one and you don't ship something and add tracking you will lose the claim, lose your money and of course the tickets.
