THREE "buyers" in a row NOT reading my ad!

Question

I am new to eBay. Can anyone explain to me HOW I just had THREE buyers in a row!! BUY my item, then subsequently ooos! I can't do local pickup even though your ad CLEARLY states that us the situation!! Request refunds... WASTING MY TIME!! AND ... THIS IS NORMAL on this platform? The last guy can't even speak OR write in English! AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG... OR IS THIS JUST STANDARD O. P. ??

Most items on eBay of the size of the Amazon Echo are shipped. So even though your listing is clear, not everyone will understand that.

Plus on all platforms, buyers don't always read.
