The negative feedback says, "Its okay, but overpriced in my opinion." Good grief, you knew the price when you bought it. That comment is more a reflection on you than on the seller, and it's not a good reflection. Back to the subject... What are you calling a threat? Did the seller overtly say something like he'd show up at your house and pummel you? You can report threats of violence to the police, that's what you should do.

You may not realize it, but you have posted your issue on ebay's U.S. based site's community
( ebay.com ) which may be why your report is not working. Try making sure that you are logged into the U.K. site ( ebay.co.uk ) then try filing the report. Do not expect to hear back from ebay, because they rarely give out information about what actions they take.
In my opinion, your feedback was inappropriate. You paid the price the seller asked for the item. If the quality wasn't what you expected, you should have filed an Item Not As Described dispute and gotten a refund. Since on your feedback page the item is listed as Private Listing no one will know what item you bought was not up to snuff.
FYI, the high volume sellers whose feedback for items are all, or mostly Private Listings are hiding something, and you should avoid buying from them.
