Threatened with a Lawsuit over a neutral review
I purchased an item from a company that sells leather goods. When the item arrived it didn't seem like leather. It actually seemed like leather bonded over some sort of other material. However the item was the specifications that I wanted length hardware size. The review that I left was neutral rating and in my opinion wasn't leather. The company contacted me by email stating that if I didn't remove the neutral rating and place a positive rating on the review within 3 days that it would sue me.
I was wondering is this even possible or legal? I don't even know if there's anybody that I can contact at eBay to report this company. But it's claims that I am making a false or defamatory claim against their product will hurt their business. And therefore it has the right to file a lawsuit against me.

I'm sure they will tell you it is just your opinion, and the seller is blowing smoke.
